AMANDA McCARTHY RELEASES NEW SINGLE “DON’T STOP ME”

Nashville, TN (March 16, 2022) – Nashville based singer/songwriter Amanda McCarthy recently released her new single “Don’t Stop Me.” You can listen to the song HERE!

Known for her powerful vocals and lyricism, Amanda has a unique ability to connect emotionally with her fans. With empowering lyrics like packing up my bags and I’m leaving today, I don’t got time for that, and if you don’t like what I say, don’t stop me as I’m walking away, “Don’t Stop Me” is sure to be an energizing anthem to all who listen.

“I wrote Don’t Stop Me with my friend Ty Openshaw prior to moving to Nashville,” Amanda explains. “Funny enough, what we wrote the song about initially revolved around a situation in his life. But, when I moved to Nashville and I started playing this song at rounds, the song grew to mean a lot to me and my complicated relationship with my hometown that I had just left behind. I love my home state of New Hampshire, but growing up in the specific town I’m from, I carried a lot of mixed feelings due to trauma, lack of support in school, and always feeling like my music career was never taken seriously – even as I was seeing success in Boston and NYC. Moving to Nashville was a huge step in my healing and leaving those feelings behind, which is why this song is so special as my Nashville debut, the first song I’m releasing since moving here.”

About Amanda McCarthy:

Amanda McCarthy is a storyteller compelled to speak the truth. Based in Nashville since 2020, with a 10+ year start to her career in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, she is an award-winning songwriter, entertainer and recording artist. ALEXES HARDT RELEASES NEW SINGLE “JOKE”

Nashville, TN (March 3, 2022) – Nashville based Alternative Pop artist Alexes Hardt recently released her new single “Joke.” Click HERE to listen!

With dire lyrics like frozen to the bone, I’m choking, now I can’t let go, Alexes uses her unique artistry to turn an unfortunate story about emotional abuse into a catchy track.

“I would love for fans to listen to this song and feel empowered,” Alexes explains. “Although its about a toxic relationship, it’s more about coming out of denial and accepting the relationship for what it is. It’s about taking your power back.”

About Alexes Hardt:
Nashville hasn’t heard an artist quite like Alexes Hardt. The twenty-six year old Florida native has written bits and pieces of lyrics ever since she was a child. Drawing influences from the direction of modern hits, her production favors the trap drums that have populated rap music but the electronic sounds that have given posters edge to their latest works. Alexes balances these elements with lighter undertones to create atmospheric indie pop that feels like Banks or Fletcher, but with a bite to it like a Travis Scott record. With this unique take on the production, this allows Alexes to flourish with her vocals; a smooth mezzo-soprano ranges that finds the sweet spot to carry the higher and lower notes in her records. Now based in the epicenter of country music, she offers the south a genre of music often replicated but hardly perfected in the best possible way with authentic storytelling that makes you want to get up and dance one second before wanting to key your ex’s car the next. Alexes Hardt is ready to show the world what she has been holding back for oh so long!

You can connect with Alexes on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

I loved the joy music brought to me and everyone else.”

Raised on powerhouse vocalists like Tina Turner, Shania Twain and Freddie Mercury, Allison began cultivating her own unique sound while attending Otterbein University’s School of Music in Westerville, Ohio. She was also a member of the school’s choir, training in classical opera and traveling to Ireland and Germany to perform.

In 2018, Allison moved to Nashville, Tennessee to start chasing her dreams. When the Coronavirus pandemic hit in early 2020, she seized the opportunity to start recording and releasing her own music. She followed up with the releases of several subsequent singles, including Sippin’ on Somethin’Summer StyleSummer DressNeon Nobody and Midnight Daydream.

SAM VARGA’S NEW SINGLE “FALL DOWN” GOES VIRAL ON TIKTOK

Nashville, TN (September 23, 2021) – Alternative/Rock artist Sam Varga just released his new single “Fall Down” to all streaming platforms. You can listen HERE!

“Fall Down” is the first original single from Sam Varga that displays his shift back to his Rock/Emo roots. It was written by Sam, singer/songwriter/girlfriend Kalie Shorr and William Stone. The song was produced by Dan Swank (All Time Low) in Nashville TN.

With classic Emo lyrics like this happy feels so lonely, I wish someone had told me, that I’d fall down, Sam’s song, sung to the tune of “Ring Around the Rosie,” has quickly become a favorite amongst fans.

“Fall Down” began going viral on TikTok on September 18th and has since received over 900K views on the platform. His previously released cover of Olivia Rodrigo‘s “Good 4 You” currently has over 650K streams on Spotify.

“The first music I found for myself and really identified with was the Emo scene of the early 2000s,” Sam explains. “It was saying something completely different than what was on the radio and a lot more dynamic. That influence is always apparent in my music and I tried to shake a lot of that when I first moved to Nashville because my goal at the time was to get cuts. After a year or two of that I got bored and started releasing my own music. It only took awhile to find my way right back. Fall Down is a song about pushing it too far, putting bandaids on bullet holes, and waking up in the middle of all of it.”

About Sam Varga:
With just three short years in Nashville, Sam has already established himself as serious writer and dynamic performer. Coming up in the fast-paced punk scenes of his high school days and the Blues of Austin TX, there is an edge and energy that makes his songs stand out in Music City. He has quickly come up through the writing ranks and can frequently be seen playing staples in town such as Whiskey Jam, Buscall, and The Listening Room. His first year in Nashville saw the release of his debut single “Sex & Whiskey” and the release of his EP “Light Me Up”.

You can follow Sam on Instagram, FacebookTikTok and Spotify.
